Refund and Returns Policy

✅ Our Promise

At Dance Spirit Academy OHA, we want every dancer to feel confident when ordering from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and refund process simple and transparent.

⏳ Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn dance shoes or slippers that show signs of use.
  • Opened water bottles or personal accessories.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (such as branded uniforms).
  • Gift cards and digital products.

💲 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or damage).

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a product (for example, a different size of shoes or leotard), please contact our support team.
  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order to ensure availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. OHA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

🛡 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund.

📞 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Pack the items securely, include the invoice, and ship them back to us.

🌍 International Orders

  • Return policies apply globally, but international customers are responsible for shipping charges.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
